Kulshat Medeuova is Professor at the Department of Philosophy, L. N. Gumilev Eurasian National University in Almaty. Her research interests include transformations of utopian consciousness, epistemology of national cultural concepts, postmodernism in architecture and philosophy, and philosophical, urban, and visual anthropology. She is the author of Карты памяти Астаны: Очерки и интервью по антропологии города (2016) and multiple journal articles.
